Ologymart started 13 years ago when the market crashed in 2008 and everyone lost their jobs.

Looking for a new way to make money and to fill our time we started to look online to purchase products over seas and Sell here at home.

We started importing hard to find items from China and Thailand to Niagara Falls and reselling them locally.

We were importing clothes, makeup, batteries, tools and a variety of other items.  People continually commented that we had a good eye for what consumers wanted and needed.  As we grew, we reached out to Chinese Suppliers and factories and established good relationships and discounts.  Friends, family and locals were quite surprised.

 

As we grew the amount of different type of items we offered grew.  We found out that although many of the made in China items are made well there still is a section of items that do not meet Western Standards.   We also learned that certain types of items, batteries, powders and liquids do not transport well and can carry a multitude of import issues. 

 

Upon arrival of many shipments, we also recognized that quality inspection was handled at a lower level then the West. Many items were wrong size, fit wrong model, missing pieces.  We recognized many factories did not have the correct logistic infrastructure in place and thus shipments would get lost or take longer than expected. Upon reaching out to supplier and Factories we found out many lacked the necessary problem-solving skills to improve these above matters

We set out to be the buffer between Chinese factories and our Customers.

We eliminated all the bad shipping lines and developed quick and efficient delivery for our customers.

All so all items are critiqued and must pass strict quality controls before being allowed to be listed and sold in our store.  We Also Curate items that may be hard for you to find in your local market, thus providing you a solution to the HARD-to-FIND Products You want

 

We also found that customers that order from China receive bad customer service or they refuse to trouble shoot the issues in a timely efficient manner.
